Guardando alle problematiche del Mediterraneo – iniziando dal Mezzogiorno Italiano – è cominciata una ricerca su temi “di interesse reciproco e solidario” (blog, 20 settembre 2009), un approccio sperimentale su alcuni temi che trovano interesse tanto in italiano quanto in spagnolo, tanto in Italia quanto in Venezuela. Le prime sintesi sono state plasmate da Fabio Avolio, cittadino italiano che da un anno sta curando il blog mediterraneovenezuela.blogspot.com , pubblicando tutte le entrate – provenienti tanto dall'Italia quanto dal Venezuela – in due lingue.
Lo sforzo iniziale è stato quello di concentrare in un manifesto bilingue alcuni contenuti, una bozza in italiano e spagnolo su dei temi glossati che voleva catturare l'attenzione di italiane, italiani, venezuelane e venezuelani con spirito di solidarietà internazionale. L'esperienza di chi ha redatto quel manifesto è di un docente d'italiano come lingua seconda (Italiano L2), atterrato a Caracas nell'ottobre del 2007. Dopo la redazione e la pubblicazione del manifesto sono iniziati gli inviti alla lettura, considerations and accessions through various media: web, radio, forums, formal and informal meetings.
Since then there have been a number of works relevant to the policy promoted by the platform, as indicated by the manifest themes ranging from education to cultural participation, from the environment to peace, from gastronomy to youth policies, from art aesthetics. From these themes the excuse has been taken to generate trade, and the first few are already doing. The scenarios of this experiment are open to international solidarity and in two framed the Constitution: "Constitution of the Italian Republic" and "de la Constitucion Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. "
L'approccio aperto e il profilo caratterizza costruttivo Quante e di quanti vogliono conoscersi reciprocally vogliono attivare insomma di scambio degli solidarietà internazionale.

The experience of those who wrote this manifesto is that of a teacher of Italian as a second language (L2 Italian), landed in Caracas in October 2007. After the writing and publication of the manifesto pulled out invitations to the reading, and accessions considerations through various media: web, radio, forum, formal and informal meetings.
Since then several studies have been relevant to the policy promoted by the platform, as the issues identified by the manifest will of intercultural education participation, del ambiente a la paz, de la gastronomía a las políticas juveniles, del arte a la estética. De estos temas se ha tomado la escusa para generar intercambios, y los primeros ya se están dando. Los escenarios de esta experimentación de solidaridad internacional están abiertos y enmarcados en dos Constituciones: la “Costituzione della Repubblica Italiana” y la “Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela”.
El enfoque abierto y constructivo caracteriza el perfil de cuantas y cuantos quieren conocerse reciprocamente, quieren pues activar unos intercambios de solidaridad internacional.
