Egregio Assessore Lirosi,
meno Egregio Presidente IV Circoscrizione,
faccio seguito alle mie tantissime precedenti segnalazioni con le quali ho denunciato lo stato di degrado ed abbandono della zona Fornaci da parte della pubblica Amministrazione Comunale di Savona.
Vi prego non fare spallucce perché ora la cosa è veramente deplorevole e vergognosa.
Alle colonne che cadono, alle lampadine che non vengono ripristinate si aggiunge oggi il buio completo in cui i GIARDINI ISOLA DELLA GIOVENTU' si trovano da alcuni giorni a questa parte.
In verità ho sperato che la organizzazione Comunale Savonese , che il settore Elettricisti del Comune se ne fosse accorto, che qualche pattuglia di P. U. nel transitare sulla Corso Vittorio Veneto avesse segnalato quello stato di cose.
Ho anche sperato che i tanti Consiglieri Comunali (della Sinistra) residenti in zona si facessero interpreti di quell' inconveniente.
In verità non ho mai sperato nell' intervento dell'istituto Circoscrizionale dell'indifferenza del quale sono da sempre testimone ed accusatore .
Questa sera però ,notte delle streghe ,non posso che essere solidale con quella dozzina di bimbi che fanno il giro delle nostre abitazioni chiedendo "dolcetto o scherzetto" e che non possono addentrarsi in quella zona buia dove barboni e cani randagi trascorrono le loro notti nel freddo pungente di queste notti di fine Ottobre.
Il degrado completo viene occultato dal buio anche in quella zona nella quale fatiscenti baracche ancora e da sempre insistono sulla spiaggia scaletto senza scalini.
E si che da loro demolizione era stata promessa !


Il troppo freddo di queste notti spinge i barboni presso quel sito, la troppa balordaggine spinge provetti incendiari a procurarsi fonti di riscaldamento (vedi incendio di qualche notte addietro).
Insomma i Cittadini di FORNACI dicono "E' ORA DI FINIAMOLA"
Vogliamo far funzionale il REPARTO ELETTRICISTI ?
Vogliamo far lavorare il REPARTO RUSPE ?
Mancano le lampadine ?
Manca il gasolio per le ruspe ?

Mi giunge oggi una notizia per me degna della massima attenzione e che ritengo debba essere portata a conoscenza di tutti i Savonesi.

Luci illuminanti i prati tutte eliminate completamente sempre ad opera di quella Autorità con la scusa (forse)che toglievano intimità ai bisogni dei frequentatori serali e notturni.
Bandiere Eliminate dai loro pennoni ed imboscate in qualche cassetto personale.
In tutto questo negativo operare ho considerato miracoloso questo ultimo intervento amministrativo.
Quale sia stata la persona della nostra Amministrazione ad operare in senso inverso dal sempre resterà per me un mistero.
Forse il nostro Signor Sindaco si sarà reso conto che le" Fornaci " sono il quartiere che deve essere seguito con la stessa attenzione dedicata alle altre zone della Città
Anzi sono certo che, per così grande intervento, solo il nostro Sindaco può aver agito.
Colgo la occasione per ricordare che all' appello manca ancora una colonna andata distrutta alcuni anni fa a seguito del fatto che. la allora nostra presidente di Circoscrizione (abuso di potere ?) .autorizzava ad usare quella colonna a mo' di dormiente per

un tendone che avrebbe dovuto fare da scenografia per una Commedia estiva.
Colgo ancora la occasione per ricordare che in quei giardini sono, al momento, 7 i punti luci mancanti che mi auguro siano ripristinati in occasione del perfezionamento messa in opera della colonna ripristinata.
Sarà così giustificato l' invito alla inaugurazione di quella nuova colonna che la nostra Amministrazione vorrà estendere al Presidente e agli Assessori Regionali della Giunta Burlando.

Stando a quanto riportato pagine della "LA STAMPA" di Savona la nostra Amministrazione Comunale ha dato il via a quella campagna pre-elettorale che noi tutti ci attendevamo.
Il nostro amato Sindaco ha inaugurato in Savona i nuovi giardini del Prolungamento.
Con il coordinamento dell'Assessore alle politiche Sociali e Istruzione del Comune di Savona .
Alla presenza di Assessori Regionali all'istruzione e alle Politiche Giovanili la zona giochi già esistente al prolungamento a mare è stata riadeguata alle crescenti esigenze dei bimbi Savonesi.
Non posso che felicitarmi per la nuova opera e non posso che unirmi alla gioia dei bimbi delle scuole Savonesi che per quella occasione sono stati autorizzati ad uscire dalle loro aule con regolare giustificazione contribuendo così alla riuscita dell'evento.
Non posso però scordare la frustrazione degli altri bimbi Savonesi che nei pressi della loro Scuola , mi riferisco alla XXV Aprile di Corso Vittorio Veneto, non hanno mai visto il benchè minimo straccio di giochi in quel giardino che confina con la loro Scuola.
