Manifesto

for the formation of a

"Group Mediterraneo-Venezuela Solidarity "

The Mediterranean and Venezuela represent two instances in which manifest many contradictions of " North South World " . Located north the line of Ecuador, these realities have been hegemonic cultural colonization by the structural-called First World countries (North and Central Europe), despite the resistance and the development of alternative cultures along their stories. These cultures are still alive and active in the development and testing of issues and alternative activities to those patterned by cultural-structural model of capitalism, which throughout its history has been a fragmentation of the social fabric, a dangerous environmental pollution -environment, a crisis in critical and cultural activities and insistent use of force as a panacea to solve conflicts.

Cabe señalar que los movimientos migratorios entre Italia y Venezuela – juntos al desarrollo tecnológico - han sido y siguen siendo la oportunidad para el conocimiento y el reconocimiento reciproco, sobre algunos de los temas vinculados con la existencia-resistencia de los seres humanos de ambos territorios.

El presente Manifiesto es un llamado a la formación de un grupo de solidaridad que facilite los intercambios entre Venezuela y los Países del área del Mediterraneo, con particular atención a la Región Sur de Italia (el llamado “Mezzogiorno”), sobre algunos de los temas que los hombres y las mujeres de esas dos regiones han desarrollado y siguen desarrollando pacíficamente, a raíz de sus conocimientos, de las peculiaridades de sus territorios y de los intercambios con culturas provenientes de territorios geográficamente lejanos.

Consideramos de interés reciproco y solidario los siguiente temas:

La educaciòn crìtica y permanente , que no es una tendencia sino una necesidad del ser humano. Lo que significa una permanente y progresiva apropriaciòn human reality. Un primer espacio de encuentro e intercambio serà un blog en dos idiomas (italiano y español), que tendrá como primera publicación la del presente Manifiesto, con la finalidad de abrir a las adhesiones, a las consideraciones y a los aportes de los sujetos interesados a participar en el “Grupo de Solidaridad Mediterraneo-Venezuela”. Questo scambio è sostenuto dalle scoperte empiriche dell'esperienza che si confrontano e si relazionano con i saperi storici via via acquisiti. In questo senso, gli scambi tra il Venezuela e il Mediterrano – alla pari di qualsiasi scambio umano – possono stimolare una visione e una cosmovisione meno stereotipata e più verace di milioni di popolatori e popolatrici del mondo, che in un modo o nell'altro: vivono, sopravvivono, esistono e resistono.

L'emancipazione della donna. Si stimoleranno iniziative volte a dinamizzare il processo d'emancipazione della donna e della sua partecipazione da protagonista. Se assumiamo che storicamente le armi, le guerre e le violenze sono state usate da uomini e macisti, dunque possiamo assumere il tema della donna come asse fondamentale per la costruzione di un mondo solidario e di pace.

Inquinamento. Intendiamo l'inquinamento ai suoi livelli sensitivi: visivo; acustico; del gusto; olfattivo e tattile. Lo spostamento progressivo dalle necessità naturali, prodotto dal capitalismo e dalle sue mistificazioni generate attraverso la persuasione, ci obbliga a limitare l'inquinamento come primo passo per avvicinarci alle nostre necessità naturali.

Produzione e classificazione dei rifiuti. Generare iniziative di sensibilizzazione alla riduzione del consumo di rifiuti, il che colpirebbe la produzione capitalista, progressivamente stimolata dalla logica dell' “usa e getta”, dalla produzione di rifiuti. Parallelamente, ulteriori adesioni considerazioni e contributi verranno stimolati attraverso laboratori sulle tematiche esposte, dettati tanto in Venezuela quanto in Italia. In ogni modo, sarebbe meglio che ogni adesione considerazione e/o contributo resti registrato come commento al blog, in modo che possa essere a disposizione nelle due lingue. Sarà compito di chi gestisce il blog quello di tradurre i commenti scritti solo in Spagnolo o Italiano. Le persone che conoscono entrambe le lingue dovrebbero pubblicare nei loro commenti anche la traduzione dello stesso.

As some of you know I'm gaining in recent days to maturity Liceo Classico. Studying

We know, however, that tutti i recoaersi ci hanno votato, sappiamo che altre idee, altri progetti, altre sensibilità, altre persone si erano presentate a queste elezioni e vogliamo ascoltare anche queste.
Non ci spaventa il dibattito, non ci spaventa neanche lo scontro, purché questo sia condotto sulle idee e per il bene dei cittadini recoaresi.

So bene che essere nel Consiglio Comunale del proprio paese già a 18 anni è un onore concesso veramente a poche persone.
So di non essere una “vecchia volpe” della politica e di questo vado anche fiero, ma una cosa credo di averla già imparata.
Chi amministra paesi piccoli come il nostro non può permettersi di avere pregiudizi con le persone per come la pensano o per come votano.
Ho imparato che per Recoaro è importante il contributo di tutti e che la qualità migliore di un amministratore è quella di saper ascoltare per dare risposte mirate ai problemi concreti dei cittadini.

Rimbocchiamoci le maniche.

Sono Alberto Trivelli , ho 18 anni, frequento l’ultimo anno del Liceo Classico di Valdagno e con passione svolgo attività politica da alcuni anni. Sono coordinatore dei Giovani Democratici della Valle dell’Agno e del Partito Democratico di Recoaro. Mi candido a fare il consigliere comunale a Recoaro Terme nella lista che propone il candidato Sindaco Franco Perlotto.
Da sempre il mio impegno in politica è andato nella direzione di dare voce alle istanze dei giovani e non solo. Credo infatti che per cambiare veramente le cose sia necessario mettere in prima linea gente giovane, ma con le idee chiare , capace di portare una ventata d’aria fresca alla politica e all’ammi nistrazione di un Comune.
Troppo spesso ho visto giovani allontanarsi da Recoaro perché lo ritenevano un paese privo di opportunità. Io non voglio che sia più così.
La nostra lista, mettendo al primo posto i servizi al cittadino, vuole rendere ogni recoarese, dal più giovane al più anziano, fiero di abitare nel nostro paese.
E’ per questo che io mi candido al Consiglio Comunale, perché voglio che tutti possano essere fieri come lo sono io di abitare a Recoaro Terme .

Il problema di Recoaro sono i Recoaresi.
Questa è l’opinione prevalente, pur sbagliata, Valley that we have in our country.

La domanda, a questo punto, pare quasi scontata: come mai, nonostante il fermento di cui parli, a Recoaro le cose sembrano non migliorare mai? Come mai noi Recoaresi vediamo il nostro Paese andare sempre peggio?

Come ovvio la risposta a questa domanda non è per nulla semplice, ma secondo me si può riassumere in un concetto: mancanza di organizzazione.
In questi anni, specialmente di Amministrazione Viero, non si è trovato di meglio che dividere attraverso mille modi la popolazione recoarese.
Per vederlo non è necessario né fare il cospirazionista né prendere in esame fatti eclatanti che abbiano portato a spaccature clamorose.
Più in generale, ciò che a mio parere ha diviso il Paese in questi anni sono state le decisioni prese in solitaria dall’Amministrazione Comunale. Basti pensare al caso-antenna (si era mai visto un Sindaco che denuncia i propri concittadini?), alla cava del monte Civillina, alla chiusura della materna di Merendaore fino ad arrivare al recente “boicottaggio” della squadra Real Recoaro.
Sono tutti casi su cui si è discusso in abbondanza, ma che hanno un innegabile comune denominatore: sono decisioni che sono state prese senza consultare minimamente la cittadinanza coinvolta e che non hanno fatto altro che creare divisioni in Paese.

Voglio dunque portare degli esempi, contenuti nel nostro programma (ma che evidentemente non lo esauriscono), di quello che noi intendiamo per “fare rete” .

Il primo: l’ Istituto Alberghiero “Pellegrino Artusi” .
Sappiamo ogni giorno dai giornali come le spinte per aprire un altro Istituto Alberghiero a Vicenza si stiano facendo ogni giorno più prepotenti.
