“Potenziamento degli interessi politici comuni tra i Paesi. Si pone come prioritá la costruzione di valori politici condivisi, che renda possibile l’unificazione ed il disegno di strategie comuni peri l potenziamento dello scambio economico e sociale, cosí come nell’unificazione di posizioni comuni nel concerto internazionale.
Il criterio politico unificado é ció che orienta lo sviluppo di iniziative che permettano di rendere operativo il principio della pluripolaritá, usando come mezzo gli strumenti d’integrazione”.

Dal 15 al 21 luglio la sua agenda si sviluppa a Napoli, dove partecipa ad attivitá accademiche, tali come l’intervento del Deputato venezuelano Germán Ferrer (ANROS) presso l’Universitá “L’Orientale” di Napoli, nel quadro del Dottorato in Lingue e Istituzioni dei Paesi Iberoamericani. Seguono ulteriori attivitá in collaborazione con l’associazione “L’Internazionale” e la casa editrice “La Cittá del Sole”, tra le altre istanze conosciute durante lo scambio. Il 21 giugno si conclude il suo soggiorno a Napoli con l’Assemblea Pubblica titolatas “Lo Scenario offerto dalla crisi”, promoted by the "peacemakers - Campania ONLUS", with a talk on "points of crisis and new revolutionary movements."
